ADRIANA & STEVEN’S WEDDING

FILLED WITH THE MOOD OF A SPEAKEASY AND THE GLAMOUR OF 1950S NEW YORK…

-

WE CURATED A THEATRICAL EVENING FULL OF EXCITEMENT FOR THE WEDDING OF ADRIANA & STEVEN.

A MODERN DAY REGAL CELEBRATION WITH A SPEAKEASY, SUPPER CLUB, AFTER DARK TWIST.

-

HOSTED IN MELBOURNE’S ICONIC ORMOND COLLECTIVE (TURN AFTER DARK SUPPER CLUB), 150 GUESTS WERE ENTERTAINED ALL NIGHT LONG IN CELEBRATION OF ADRIANA & STEVEN'S LOVE.

IMAGINE THIS:

  • Guests arrive into Bar Moubray thinking this is the venue

  • All of a sudden, surprise brass duo performance up on the bar

  • Room reveal into the Main Hall, guests are lead through to the sounds of live Trumpet, Sax and a pianist playing on grand piano

  • A hand selected list of Jazz-age cool you can’t help but get down to

  • Then the lights dim to candle light as the overture begins

  • The curtain opens to reveal a 10min custom Chicago inspired performance with a cast of 12 musical theatre pro’s

  • Adriana & Steven open the dancefloor from stage, the curtains reopen and a haze filled stage billows out as guests flock to dance the night away

  • DJ Nico ramps things up to another level whilst Jarrod on sax dripping in black, topped with a trendy fedora, facilitates the nights baseline grooves

TESTIMONIAL

After seeing Amy’s previous work, we engaged her to help with the entertainment for our wedding. The brief; 'to take our guests on a journey they’d likely never experienced before’. The creative territory we landed on was 'a modern day regal celebration with a speakeasy supper club after dark twist'. This included a cast of twelve dancers performing a Chicago inspired medley, as well as a pianist, trumpet, sax and DJ. Amy also went the extra mile to source incredible props and lighting.

Throughout the whole process, Amy was great with inspiration, budgeting and unbelievable creativity.

It’s difficult to emphasise how much Amy exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the consummate professional, and it was incredible to see not only how hard she worked, but also how easy she made the whole process for us.

We still often have people complementing the entertainment at our wedding, and that is all Amy’s doing!

We cannot wait for our next project.
